We’re committed to helping every player unlock their full potential by focusing on both common challenges in the game and those unique to female athletes. Laces aims to offer evidence-based guidance and comprehensive training strategies designed specifically to develop girls in football.  Laces is a resource for players, parents, and volunteer coaches, offering evidenced-based advice on how to develop girl football players and enable them to reach their potential. Our approach takes a holistic view of coaching and covers areas common to the game but also those specific to female athletes. The aim is to empower the next generation of female football players using this site to provide valuable insights and support to help them thrive on and off the field and developing brave, independent and assertive individuals.
